I went to two different PNC banks Rockledge and Cocoa. Everyone was amazing at both places.

I'd like to say that from the moment I arrived, I felt like a true client. I was greeted and checked in by Mandi. I met with Jake Johnson (branch manager) to discuss escrow and a joint account. He was incredibly personal and worked quickly and efficiently! I was so nervous about the escrow transfer itself, as I'd never done it before (first time home owner). If I could give a zero for this bank branch, I would. I've been a customer of PNC for over 20 years, but it means nothing to this bank. I made a deposit that was held for 14 days because my name was written as Debbie rather than Deborah. The only way I even found out what the issue was to go in person to the bank. I was treated like a criminal when I went in. Customer service secretly contacted fraud and finally after 20 minutes I was told the check was being investigated.
