I had a disappointing experience at this branch, specifically with banker Anthony. He refused to assist me with my deposits because I didn't have all of my information ready and claimed they were too busy. It's a shame because I’ve been a PNC member for over 15 years and have generally had good experiences. Quite possibly the slowest bank in the world.
Terrible. They let someone who stole my wallet and use my id and stolen debit card, to withdraw all my money. They bank has photo of the woman and still say they don’t see any wrong doing. Now my account is in the negative and they won’t give me what was stolen. PNC is the Gary Indiana of Banks. It’s terrible. I would t touch the. With a 10 mile foot pole. Take your money somewhere else.
