Worst experience of my life. The branch manager is so unfriendly and rude, she literally refused to help people and treats her employees poorly. Do not bank here.
Terrible service! Going to pull my money out. This is not just a one time deal, every time I go there to do the simplest transaction it’s a time consuming rigamorole… Dread even going there to close it out
I had a disappointing experience at this branch, specifically with banker Anthony. He refused to assist me with my deposits because I didn't have all of my information ready and claimed they were too busy. It's a shame because I’ve been a PNC member for over 15 years and have generally had good experiences.
