This branch location single-handedly restored my hope in PNC. I am visiting from San Diego and wow! They were so friendly, very helpful, and really made me feel like family. That’s why I had to take a picture. All three, Sam, Kevin, and Katrina, were the absolute best. They opened the door for me, gave my kids popsicles and extra glow sticks they had laying around. Worst experience of my life. The branch manager is so unfriendly and rude, she literally refused to help people and treats her employees poorly. Do not bank here.
Terrible service! Going to pull my money out. This is not just a one time deal, every time I go there to do the simplest transaction it’s a time consuming rigamorole… Dread even going there to close it out
