So I was recently involved in a near fatal car accident and needed to open an account to cash an insurance check and create a cashiers check to replace my car that was totaled. I asked for help and was told they couldn't help me. I was confused and asked why, and the branch manager straight up accused me of trying to cash a fraud check.
