Ordered a stop check and they let it go through and said there nothing they can do about it. Closed account was a 18 year customer. Everyone is new here and doesn't seem like they know what they’re doing. Branch manager is ridiculous. Also, no one wears name tags. You don’t even know if they work at the bank.
PNC Bank on South Route 59 Plainfield IL, for me it is the best and preferred bank to do business. Very nice staffs on customer service, and Jake C BM helped me with my financial assistance very professional BM I am happy to do business with PNC Bank until now.
