I had a very disappointing experience with the manager at this PNC Bank branch. I applied for a business credit card, and the manager told me she would call me the next day with an update. Days went by, and I never received a single call. I tried calling her several times, but she never answered or returned my calls. I have no credit issues, I keep a significant amount of money with PNC, and I expected much better service. Nelo is the best of the best
I have had PNC for a while now, it’s over all good but the one thing that stands out is the customer service. Brandon made me feel like I was a VIP. He opened the door for me greeted me with a smile. You don’t get that at most banks anymore. Im glad my family and me decided to bring our banking over to PNC especially to this branch. Brandon keep up the great work. It made my day.
