I have had PNC for a while now, it’s over all good but the one thing that stands out is the customer service. Brandon made me feel like I was a VIP. He opened the door for me greeted me with a smile. You don’t get that at most banks anymore. Im glad my family and me decided to bring our banking over to PNC especially to this branch. Brandon keep up the great work. It made my day.
I'm afraid to go there during lunch break, might be there till dinner time
Slow, slow and slow. One car in front of me in drive up. That car left and I stll waited 13 minutes to just cash a check. One teller working lobby and drive up. Manager at meeting and one greeter in lobby. Should train greeter to jump in when backed up.
