Slow, slow and slow. One car in front of me in drive up. That car left and I stll waited 13 minutes to just cash a check. One teller working lobby and drive up. Manager at meeting and one greeter in lobby. Should train greeter to jump in when backed up.
Your drive through never works
Ewelima was the sweetest, most pleasant and delightful employee I have ever encountered at a bank! Truly a delight, and even though we came in at the last 15 minutes of the work day, she was so lovely!
