DO NOT USE THIS LENDER!!! I've had to wait 2 months and am still waiting and we've had absolutely no follow-through from them to get the house closed. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for a lender for their mortgage. Lack of communication, follow-through and commitment. So disappointed and seems like everyone we try to communicate with does nothing. If I could, I would give 0 stars
No idea where the bad reviews come from; I deal with PNC locally for my mortgage and small banking transactions (under 10K) in SE North Carolina and in 2017 I met Ryan Murphy from this location when my Mother in law passed and he's been great in handling her (now my wife's) larger accounts as an investment person. Now that my parents have passed he's helped me sort out and recover their numerous equities and doing a LOT or work for free that an Estate lawyer would be costing me more than I care to estimate over the last 6 Mo... read more
Worst bank ive used ive had more than one issue because of misunderstandings or just angry women. Very anoying then with this last overdraft issue for overdraft coverage i didnt ask for they tried to lie to me and said oh it wouldve taken it out anyway...like im low iq or something....this bank has stolen abt 100 dollars from me i would never ever suggest pnc to anyone ever and id suggest if you like your money in your wallet u wont either.
Great customer service good at answering questions don't mind helping you find a better way to save money I love the fact that they have 3 different accounts to help you save money they help you put your money where they feel is beneficial to you well may help you at the most PC bank is a great bank
