Great customer service!
I went in on Tuesday to get a debt card printed and last name changed on account. Excellent customer service. Every single person was nice and I was in and out in 13 minutes. Got there at 1:04, done at 1:17. William MCgrath helped me. Very shocked to have had such a great experience since I used to have bad experiences at the Wt Harris location.
Called and made an appointment with a notary so we could sign docs that we specifically named. Arrived for our appointment and waited over half an hour to be called back only then to be told that these docs could not be notarized by them. Only upside here is the notary pointing us toward the nearest other notary and printing some docs for us.
