Called and made an appointment with a notary so we could sign docs that we specifically named. Arrived for our appointment and waited over half an hour to be called back only then to be told that these docs could not be notarized by them. Only upside here is the notary pointing us toward the nearest other notary and printing some docs for us.
I had the worst experience! I have lived in Ballantyne for over 25 years. I walked in being overly friendly in hopes of good service, to no avail. It was horrible and so were your employees! What a shame! I was appalled and walked out to travel to a different location. All 3 employees should be fired. A very bad look on your company. Visited location on 4/15/25
Great service. James and Jay were great to work with.
Absolutely lousy experience at the drive-through. Tellers took over 6-7 customers and kept me waiting for such a long time while three cars went through the ATM during that time.
In 30+ of business, I have never had a banker follow up with me as a potential client. Mr. Mills deserves this recognition. He was very friendly and personable. A thorough discussion and enjoyable conversation. Well Done!
