unhelpful, rude. Specially branch manager. Everything changed while opening account, after I mentioned with whom I am banking with now. At the end they said we need to take approval from higher up to open your account and no feedback then after.
I don’t go to this branch very often. Everyone’s really nice however the outdoor/drive through ATM has had issues every single time I’ve come.
This is my home bank and I love it! The customer service is unmatched. Andrew helped us out with an auto loan and he was amazing! He was kind, informed, patient, persistent and efficient. He made us feel important and valued as customers. He really went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs with constant, reliable communication. Love my home bank crew!
I completely disagree with all of the negative reviews. I have had nothing but helpful and wonderful service at this location. I am always served very quickly and there are always plenty of staff on hand to help.
