Fraud department is a joke overall a garbage bank
I was in Williamsburg for a vacation and needed to stop at the bank. Everyone is so wonderful at this branch. Venessa in particular I talked to and was amazing and so friendly. You absolutely made my day. Thank you and if I find myself back here that will be the branch I’ll stop in.
Baylee, a branch banker, is absolutely amazing. Baylee has been helping my dad for years at this branch. She is professional, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Yesterday and today she spent hours helping my dad with fraud on his account . She went above and beyond for us ! She is an asset to PNC bank. However , her office was extremely hot while we were sitting there with the sun shining through the glass window. There are blinds, but they do not help.
