I was in Williamsburg for a vacation and needed to stop at the bank. Everyone is so wonderful at this branch. Venessa in particular I talked to and was amazing and so friendly. You absolutely made my day. Thank you and if I find myself back here that will be the branch I’ll stop in.
Baylee, a branch banker, is absolutely amazing. Baylee has been helping my dad for years at this branch. She is professional, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Yesterday and today she spent hours helping my dad with fraud on his account . She went above and beyond for us ! She is an asset to PNC bank. Very professional, efficient, and very easy to work with
Deserves a 0 star review. Went looking for a home equity line of credit HELOC and took 6 weeks just for them to tell me I didn’t submit my tax returns and they closed my application saying I would have to start over. I submitted them three times. How could they not see this or call and talk to me before closing the application. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time with their products.
