Sade is a smooth operator like her name implies. My father and I went in for help on our accounts during a difficult time for our family, she not only made time for us, but exemplified all the qualities of excellent customer service, Dad and I were impressed and delighted by her work.
very unsatisfied with the customer service. Being out of state student with no other PNC Bank near me, they are unable to do anything for me on the phone. They told me it’s not possible to unlock my debit card. After they lost my new pin in the mail, they proceeded to laugh and say “it’ll eventually come” after a week of nothing. if i could put 0 stars I would.
