Yesterday Sonia Luthra provided my wife and I with Outstanding customer assistance. She was courteous and had a big friendly smile when she was assisting us, as was another employee that spoke with us.
After perfect service at PNC Bank for many years, today May 4, 2026 I find not a single teller at 2:00 pm on a Monday afternoon. Is this Branch closing down?
Working as a contractor for PNC, I fixed their automatic doors and after speaking with Justin I was able to open a new account and he was very informative about the credit account. I would highly recommend anyone if they had any questions about their financial situation ask for Justin. I appreciate how he my situation as an individual and never once felt like just a number or sale.
I always felt forced to have to open additional credit card accounts this location with them every time I came in to perform simple transactions. I felt so UNcomfortable and highly annoyed that I just stopped coming here to be left alone! Not all PNC locations are this forceful with pushing their business, opening more accounts, and getting you to say yes to accept everything they offer. this location has 1 particular gentleman who is extremely forceful pushing me to open more accounts with him.
