The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any banking needs I have. A special shout-out to Sonya, the teller who assisted me during my most recent visit. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and went out of her way to ensure my transaction went smoothly. The overall atmosphere at PNC is always warm and welcoming. I highly recommend PNC Bank, and if you get the chance to work with Sonya, you’re in excellent hands!
Been with bank for more than 5yrs but I experienced what I have never experience with any other bank today. I go in to deposit my 401k check and was questioned about who I work for. Not the teller Derrick who was very professional but some Latino guy. I believe I was racial profiled. I’ve been a loyal customer at this bank for over a decade, and during that time, I’ve always received excellent service. My teller was especially helpful when I was preparing to move for college, going out of their way to ensure everything was in place. However, during my most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed. I urgently needed to use the bathroom, and the staff rudely refused my request. Is there even any point in having physical locations like this? 10 in the morning and I can't get a paper notarized? I think it's about time to switch banks.
I love this branch. Its my sbsute favorite. Nagres is the teller usually & she is so pleasant to see every single time. She remembers your name & how long it's been. She loves her job! I am instantly happy when I see her bc she just makes you happy to be alive. Always a smile. It's genuine.
