Friendly enough, but you'll leave 10 years older. Shouldn't take 40 minutes for a drive thru transaction when you are behind one car. I wish I was exaggerating.

Seems like they do some funny things with your money. Timeliness of funds availability and transfers seems to be an issue. I can't compare them to other banks because the only other one I had was National City which I guess they bought or merged. It's been awhile, but from what I can remember I was treated better by National City. Would not recommend this bank.
Been using them for years and I've had the best experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
I've had nothing but problems out of this bank since my account was opened. The latest problem I'm having is billsa are due this week, and unbeknownst to me, my account was shut down over negative balance that I was not notified of!!! And now they're withholding my money! Which will take another week to get back to me! Which means my electric will be shut off tomorrow and no food for my family this week! Thanks a lot!
