We just had to wait quite a bit to get the new account open
2 pm on a Friday. Only customer and no one available to help. This is standard with this location. ATM is broken often. I don’t know how PNC allows this to happen.
Very slow moving at this branch, atms usually are out of order everytime I go.
Horrible customer service and not polite at all. I was told that since I did not have an appointment they might not be able to help me because there was only 1 person that could. Then finally she said the lady would be able to help me but I had to wait 5 or so minutes. I sat down and waited as the lady that was going to help me just kept looking out typing on her computer.
