Eric is an amazing guy. He'll have a line out of the door during rush times but always is so smart, kind, efficient and friendly. He always has a smile on his face. Being in customer service, I can say he goes above and beyond! His positive attitude is the reason I choose to go to this location when I'm not online banking. I recommend this bank but I especially recommend Eric! 👑
Funnily enough the manager Engie is rude to questions from non members and had to send me to Pedro for assistance. Even made unnecessary comments to me that were passive aggressive. Pedro is a wonderful employee and is a gem in this establishment. Helped me quickly and offered answers quite quickly with premiere customer service. Can really see why the score is currently 3.6
