Funnily enough the manager Engie is rude to questions from non members and had to send me to Pedro for assistance. Even made unnecessary comments to me that were passive aggressive. Pedro is a wonderful employee and is a gem in this establishment. Helped me quickly and offered answers quite quickly with premiere customer service. Can really see why the score is currently 3.6
The entire staff at the Temple terrace location in Tampa Bay. It simply the very best professional group of financial experts I've ever encountered. These must be led by the store manager that goes above and beyond to makes your customers happy. This customer is a customer for life and hopes others will join. I appreciate everything they have done from the beginning to the end, which the end is not written yet. But I am going to enjoy the journey with my PNC and Temple Terrace
