If you are going to have only ONE atm available outside make sure it’s working. I drove 30+ minutes to this branch only to find out that their only available ATM is out of service. How lazy on managements end and how embarrassing for PNC. I am considering banking with chase.
The most outdated, vintage, archaic, primitive, Ancient, Antique banking system ever to exist in the 21St century, designed to frustrate a customer EVERY STEP OF THE WAY !!!! Why does this bank mandate how much I can transfer or transact every month ?? seriously!!!
If I could, I would give PNC Bank negative points. My experience with them has been extremely frustrating. I've been a customer since 2018, holding accounts including one checking and four savings for family members. However, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation or prior notice. The branch staff seemed clueless, directing me to a number where unhelpful customer service representatives insisted on the bank's policy to close accounts without reasons.
