West York is the worst branch the employees are ignorant and to have me call 3 times and be on here for a half hr.then the rude mgr don't explains and hangs up...this is not were I want my money at...They are so rude and ignore you....Mgr completely rude no customer service at this branch will be leaving work to close my account and go with a better bank...nothing gets done about it with all these bad reviews
Terrible service rude manager
Completely freaking clueless woman wasted 15 minutes only to over charge me for a check and then say it was my fault. Unbelievable.
They are listed as fee free, they charge 3 75
This branch is the worst branch and bank I have ever had to deal with! While my mom was dying of cancer, they continued to give me the runaround on getting a power of attorney for her and then again after she passed away to have her account closed out. The entire time there was less than $10,000 in the account, yet they treated it as if it was a huge amount of money in there that they needed to protect even with the required paperwork.
