I find everyone behind the counter to be helpful and friendly at this branch. We returned from a month in Japan and were converting Yen to Us dollars, didn't realize what a process that would be! Courtney, was honest and told us it was not something she did every day and she struggled along like a trooper asking the others for help. The customer service at the York branch is non existent. And besides being absolutely unhelpful, Courtney and Rick have such a horrible attitude. Not sure why they are working there if at bare minimum they can't be nice to the customers. PNC as a whole needs to reconsider the extremely loud and obnoxious door greeters who tell you to either use the atm app or get in line.
