This branch is the worst branch and bank I have ever had to deal with! While my mom was dying of cancer, they continued to give me the runaround on getting a power of attorney for her and then again after she passed away to have her account closed out. The entire time there was less than $10,000 in the account, yet they treated it as if it was a huge amount of money in there that they needed to protect even with the required paperwork. Understaffed, incredible wait times. This branch thinks smiling and being polite is customer service, how about providing the services you’re supposed to in a timely manner?
Someone answered the call and They put me on hold for more than 30 minutes ! ! ! That’s not customer service you expected from a bank like PNC ! ! !
I have been a PNC client with both multiple business and personal accounts for over decades. When PNC closed their extremely busy East York, PA branch, they decided to abandon their valuable clients. In the aftermath, I have had poor customer service experiences at other distant PNC branches.
