The customer service at the York branch is non existent. And besides being absolutely unhelpful, Courtney and Rick have such a horrible attitude. Not sure why they are working there if at bare minimum they can't be nice to the customers. PNC as a whole needs to reconsider the extremely loud and obnoxious door greeters who tell you to either use the atm app or get in line.
