This is the best branch ever. I love PNC.
Maybe it's cause I'm young, but it seems like anytime I come in, it isnt busy and theres only 1 person at the desk ready to help and the person is occupied with someone. But instead of actually doing things they need to do, they're just talking to the customer about their life meanwhile I'm waiting behind them for upwards of 10 minutes.
They always put my cash deposits in the wrong account even with my driver's license. Worse bank I've ever had to deal with. Take forever to get loans aproved and constantly making their mistakes my responsibility to fix. No wonder their struggling in this area. Closing my account the next mistake and would never use them for a loan again
