I would find another branch that has qualified employees, refinanced an equity line of credit and was never explained all the additional fees that come with it or would of never proceeded with it. A month later PNC Bank just withdraws almost $800.00 out of my account for the next payment (which should only be under $344.00 plus $200.00 for handling fees or so they say) but when I visit the bank, the employee Jordan has no idea what happened or how to fix the issue. Worthless!!!!!!!! No one answers at the Monkey Junction branch in Wilmington and the automated line is NO HELP!!!!!
