One star for Judy, you suck. Probably the rudest person I’ve dealt with in banking! She couldn’t be any less friendly, for having to deal with people all day long she picked the wrong profession! You don’t know what people are going through, I just dealt with a death in the family so I had some simple questions but it talked to me like I was scum on earth.
Great help friendly staff
They harass me with sales calls, and most recently they misplaced over $270 of my money and it's still missing 4 days later. I've called them four times and each time I get a different answer and a different time frame. They've never accepted accountability but continue to give me different excuses. Most recently their executive customer relations reached out to me but has since ignored my response via email and voicemail.
