I've been banking with this location for 3 years and I have literally NEVER got them to answer the phone. Ever. Not even once. Don't even try calling them. Its required you go to the bank if you would like to speak to someone.
One star for Judy, you suck. Probably the rudest person I’ve dealt with in banking! She couldn’t be any less friendly, for having to deal with people all day long she picked the wrong profession! You don’t know what people are going through, I just dealt with a death in the family so I had some simple questions but it talked to me like I was scum on earth.
