Had an appointment set up to open a business bank account specifically with this branch. Drove 25 minutes and waited 10 minutes before another employee had to tell me that the woman I had an appointment with, Kim, wouldn't be in for another 2.5 hours. Very unprofessional to not show up to appointments you have made and waste your client's time. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with PNC in general but was giving them another chance for my small business. Never again, can't recommend a bank less.

The 24-hour teller machine all-time breaks down least once a twice a month then you go to make a deposit can't deposit cash then you end up going to a different branch they have the same problem I like the branch I think they're telling machines definitely need to upgrade and if you needed to talk to somebody on the weekend you can forget it
