Called on Monday so see if it would be accepted to deposit a check that was signed over to my husband. Was informed that yes it would be. We show up the next day after depositing the check to withdraw money to pay workers as well as so I could go to my doctor's appointment, just to find out that the check was not at the bank. It was being mailed to us because apparently you are not allowed to do that. Apparently both parties must be present when signing over a check. I am a holder of 2 business accounts and 1 personal account with PNC but was told I couldn’t use the restroom while I was conducting business at the bank. Had to go across the street to a nasty gas station then come back. This being a simple thing you would think consideration would be made for members. Wow....I’ll be sure to avoid going to this branch from here on out.
