I went there to cash a check that was written from PNC Bank, they charged me $70.73 to cash the check, I accepted that( shouldn't have) the amount was supposed to be $3465.77 cash, well in today's society I am not going to count it out in public ( drive threw ) so I get home and ready to put in my safe and count it , it is $200.00 short, I called the bank and their answer to the problem is you left the premises with out counting so they will not do anything. HAD ACCOUNT WITH THESE FOLKS FOR 5 YEARS OR SO. THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH IS ALWAYS NICE, PARKING NICE, CLEAN. STAFF COURTEOUS. CAN'T SAY THEY HAVE THE BEST RATES BUT PERSONALLY HAVE MOVED FROM CHASE TO THEM JUST FOR THE MORE DOWN HOME CARE THEY HAVE. IF YOU ARE A TRAVELER THEY DON'T HAVE BRANCHES EVERY WHERE. YES THEY ARE IN AN ATM SYSTEM. FOR YOUR LOCAL BANKING NEEDS THEY ARE GREAT.
