When a bank can’t track its own mistakes that’s when you have to leave! Thank goodness I save everything and can prove the level of incompetence within! One star for each of the persons that helped open and close my accounts!
What a pathetic bank to deal with. Loan specialist do not work for you. Been waiting on a phone call for over 2 weeks on my loan. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . I get excuses and finger pointing, on who's fault it is. My family banked with PNC long before it was PNC,WE ARE ALL LEAVING.
