Many years ago I banked with PNC and for months I was very happy then there incompetence and unprofessionalism costed me a sum of $2300.00 because they allowed someone with my first name to deposit bad checks into my account which later bounced. Causing me major problems. It was a case of stolen identity and I trusted this bank to protect my money I worked so hard to save up. Great service, and friendly employees!
I've banked with PNC for over 7 years now and have never had an issue they wouldn't help me resolve. Just recently I had an unexpected charge come from a subscription I had canceled, and after calling to explain they refunded the overdraft charge for me. Very polite and friendly at this branch, and conveniently located inside of Kroger, my favorite shopping destination.
Bank stole $250 from me and refuses to fix it even though I've banked with them for 15+ years and called at least 3 times - Never Again PNC! No wonder my husband uses Chase for his business, switching our personal accounts today!
