I want to pay anyone $100 to find a bank app that does not work if you give PNC your money you're throwing it out the window everything they do causes people to go on Facebook and list the problems that they are having and this is not just four or five thousand people check out the PNC Facebook group and see why people have to take time out of there day because it is so pathetic if you're looking for no absolutely none nada customer service give them a try
Victoria Delatorre was extremely helpful. Got everything taken care of quickly. I've had issues with PNC in the past, but they seem to be improving things.
The drive-through of this branch has gotten slower and slower and slower over the last year. The current male teller does not listen and seems to have a very cavalier attitude about service. I think it’s time for me to start using another branch.
