Mary Beth at this location is absolutely lovely and so helpful. I would recommend booking an appointment with her for any banking issues. She took the time to go above and beyond to fix my problem and to provide advice. Highly recommend!
Too many things to complain about this location, but yesterday I stop by to withdraw money and the drive thru area was nasty covered with ice. Making it to be impossible to go out. They are very demanding on charging you the statement balance, even if is $5 dollars for everything customer, that makes millions. They’re unable to clean the whole property properly?

Ive only been here twice and from both experiences, The managers are rude. Not friendly when walking in. I will not be going to this location again. Poor customer service. Diana I think is her name is not personable and speaks to her employees like animals.
