Smyrna and Middletown PNC branch have the best customer service as a teller. Congrats to Shaun in Smyrna branch. He is as very helpful to closed my old account for me without a struggle and he was very nice to have conversation with. Thank you Shaun for making my day with a smile.
This bank doesnt even comprehend money comes from the treasury dept I wouldn't trust these workers with a free food voucher
