This is a shout-out to Beth. I have visited the branch twice while she was working. The first time I visited, she was assisting the lobby customers and the drive through customers all on her own. She was respectful, patient, kind and made each person feel like a priority. It was the ultimate example in professionalism in practice. On my subsequent visit, she was as wonderful as ever. Thank you Miss Beth for making Smyrna a brighter place to live.

Slow customer service. Three clerks on duty: one on the phone the entire time; one staring at the empty drive through, one handing out deposit slips and manning the door. The manager on duty did not care.
Came there to Get a cashiers check for a new car after my previous one was totaled. Kristen was very nice & patient with my situation. She was apologetic for it took time. I totally understood for I was asking for a lot and understood if there were any kind of suspicion. Her and Kristina asked a few questions, I happily complied!
