I’ve been going to this branch for about 2 years and experienced good customer service when I needed the teller assistance until today. Apparently there is a new policy, you can no longer exchange for smaller bank notes without proving you are a PNC member. This policy is not visible anywhere nor on their website and I was told by the branch manager that they will not make a display stating the need to provide ID and a proof of PNC membership to exchange for smaller bank notes. This place socks Slow and unprofessional I went there 3 times trying to open an account I wasn't greeted or help So I left (My employer banks with them and I didn't want to pay to cash checks
Mrs. Blankenship was extremely helpful and very patient. She was supportive and helped me through a difficult situation. Very friendly and her smile was genuine. Thank you for all your help!
