Best PNC EVER I've always had a great experience here what a pleasure it was meeting Rasta today he was fabulous as are all the employees at this branch the manager Jason has always been spectacular as well!!!
Absolutely terrible and RUDE service!!! I will never visit or call this branch/location ever again. Earlier today I called and explained my situation and in the first 45 seconds before I could even finish my sentence the lady on the phone rudely interrupted me and asked "why are you even telling me this" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Worst service I've ever had
"This review is long overdue" Our Law Firm uses PNC bank for the establishment of accounts required for Minor settlements. I have been working with Maha Ibrahim at the Dover, DE branch for the last couple of years. As you might imagine the Courts are very particular in how these accounts are set up and rightly so. State and banking regulations also come into play. I’ve been going to this branch for about 2 years and experienced good customer service when I needed the teller assistance until today. Apparently there is a new policy, you can no longer exchange for smaller bank notes without proving you are a PNC member. This policy is not visible anywhere nor on their website and I was told by the branch manager that they will not make a display stating the need to provide ID and a proof of PNC membership to exchange for smaller bank notes.
