As a visitor, I was not happy. Headed for ATM, but got stuck in alley drive through. Couldn’t hear the teller and when she turned up the volume I could hear the other customer’s conversation. Exiting the lane was a hazard with blind curve. Glad I don’t have to use this branch regularly.
I have been customer over 30years and my experience at this branch has ALWAYS been pleasant . They not perfect and neither are we but I’ve NEVER left that branch angry or upset . People complaining bout wait times and the bank rep has other people ahead of you is plain silly . If you that disgruntled chose a diff bank or new attitude .
