I have been customer over 30years and my experience at this branch has ALWAYS been pleasant . They not perfect and neither are we but I’ve NEVER left that branch angry or upset . People complaining bout wait times and the bank rep has other people ahead of you is plain silly . If you that disgruntled chose a diff bank or new attitude .
No customer service. Waited over 7 min with no one saying a word to me. I got money out of the ATM which was less than what I needed, yet I felt unimportant so I wanted to get what I could and leave. This PNC in Dover SUCKS!!! Staff has ZERO personality and communication skills.
