I went in today to have modification paperwork signed. The staff was very professional and kind. Jason helped me within minutes and although the bank wasn't able to provide the services that my paperwork required, he gave me two alternative places and sent me in the right direction. I had the paperwork signed, notarized, and mailed off within 45 minutes. What a relief
My overall service was ok but Kate was great. Helpful, patient, kind & overall made my wait time not feel long at all. Kate had excellent customer service & really went above & beyond to assist me today.
I am a new resident, tried to open a new account and the person helping me named Jessica she had blonde hair and a heavy southern accent truly just told me lies. Had no idea what she was doing had me running like a chicken with my head cut off for a DEBIT CARD. Worst help I have ever received at a nation wide bank. And when I called to ask for help because Jessica was unwilling to answer a phone call and help me they all covered for her and did not resolve my issue.
