Very lazy staff. Would never recommend anyone to go to PNC. I opened the account and now closing within a week. Service 0/10, they are not evening caring others time.
Rude people, I came in and talked to somebody named Sara she said she would get right with me than preceeded to go in the office and talk had me sitting out there waiting, unprofessional.
April 28 - both ATM (inside and outside) doesn't accept my cash again. But 5 min late the same cash ATM Chase Bank was accepted. Please fix your ATM. It's very uncomfortable and not reliable, I'm planning my transaction, but you interrupted me. January 11th. 2024 Outside ATM doesn't work again. Why they don't fix that?... Does not accept the money again! 17 bills, 4 bills, 1 bill! Does not matter! Always problems 😔 I tried yesterday and today, no way
