I was here 10 minutes ago. I went to deposit 4 thousand dollars and I did not remember the date. I asked the employee, “Can you write the date?” Here she was a black woman and she said, “I cannot help you write the date.” It was a bad transaction.I asked for the ID and he said I cannot deposit without the ID and the amount is 4,000 I went to Chase Bank and he helped me.
They don’t bother to answer their phones at 4 pm.

January 11th. 2024 Outside ATM doesn't work again. Why they don't fix that?... Does not accept the money again! 17 bills, 4 bills, 1 bill! Does not matter! Always problems I tried yesterday and today, no way
