I should’ve read the reviews about this PNC location before even trying to stop here. Apparently this is just how they do people by making them wait forever when there is nobody else even in line or in the parking lot. Literally had to drive off.
Love my bank. Friendly people that know the customer.
Very rude and disrespectful
There customer service is horrible teller got rude with us and threw are bank card and drivers licenses back at us called corporate office and filed a complaint would give a zero if I could
I'd prefer to put zero stars the lady in the office is very rude and didn't not want to help me she kicked me out cause i didn't know the exact deposit amount to verify myself it's a shame do not go there please new management or shut them down
