Terrible customer service !!! unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy. The Chevy Chase branch is the only PNC in Lexington that I have found with a consistent banking staff in which their assistance & performance shows that they really care about keeping their banking patrons satisfied.

Very very polite and helpful
Watched one of the male tellers stare down and instigate an issue with someone that was trying to make a deposit. I've never seen such unprofessional customer service in a bank. I won't come to this branch anymore. If it was me I wouldn't have been as call as the young lady experiencing it.
I ended up closing my personal account with PNC after relocating to KY and using this branch for business operations. The branch manager herself is passive aggressive and leads a team of people that operate the same. They operate under their own rules at this branch in comparison to all four states our business operates. Equally, whenever I used PNC branch for personal things - I was never treated as poorly as the staff treat me here.
