Today I was disappointed because you tell me that you can't open the account for persona who are not Americans you have to be American residence to open a bank account here

This branch stinks. I came here last week because my debit card was physically broken, and I needed a replacement. I quit carrying credit cards. I was informed that I would need 2 forms of ID. I handed the teller my driver's license and professional license, and got the debit card. I go to use the debit card and the chip doesn't work. I called customer service and they said they would mail one but I could continue to swipe the current one. However the representative closed the account instead of leaving open.
