A young lady was trying to make a deposit before work. Gentleman teller asked Jo-ann to assist her because he was helping me. Jo-ann gave her deposit slips and told her to wait for the teller who clearly asked her to help. The young lady mentioned she was late for work. Old guy with white hair sucks! Every time I’m here to make an appearance for any reason he’s always with a bad attitude.
I honestly don't even know where to start. I attempted to open a checking account online could not complete the opening. So I went to this location to accomplish this. Everyone was so nice and super accommodating. Sat down w someone and set me up w a basic checking account. I advised of the reasons for opening the account. (Moving out of state and needed access to funds in the next week) I did not deposit nor was asked to deposit money to open the account.
