This location is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Nancy M was helpful beyond measures, was able to guide and assist me in a timely manner. Quick and efficient, wish every branch had a team similar to the Gurnee one.

Worst bank I've been with. Charging me just to have an account with them after having one for years now. EMPLOYEES there deserve to be fired. They stole money from my family now and refuse to give it back. Scam artist got ahold of our money and bank has refused to try and get it back to us. They will just blame the issue on the customer.
My father, Miroslav Lasovsky came in on Saturday about 2 weeks ago and needed help with setting up his online banking. He went to Waukegan PNC and received no help after that he went to Gurnee PNC and spoke with Karen and she helped him, step by step. She was willing to help my father, very sweet and charming lady. We want to thank her again for the service she provided.
The worst and slowest customer service. If you want to wait 30 minutes for the most simple thing then go to this location. Absolutely horrendous!!
