The worst experience ever. First time at this location and will be my last.
Ok for online banking, but awful wait times on drive through. We waited in line for 21 minutes (4 cars deep with one lane open). Unacceptable for any day of the week especially on a Saturday morning!
If you ever need help with anything at this location - ask to speak to Karen - officer relations banker. She helped me during a stressful time and I’m not sure there is anything she wouldn’t be able to make happen. Very grateful.
This location is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Nancy M was helpful beyond measures, was able to guide and assist me in a timely manner. Quick and efficient, wish every branch had a team similar to the Gurnee one.
