Very helpful the day we went in. Busy for the two tellers ant the end of the day. 4:30-5. Grateful to the staff that got us taken care of.
I walked in was greeted right away even though people were being helped by other bankers. It was my first time going to this PNC location and I'm glad I stopped in service was amazing customer service bankers were eager to help me. After that encounter I walked out of the bank realizing that I'm glad that I made the right decision and bank with PNC.
Today I had the best experience with Elijah !!! Thank you so much !!! Tbh I didn’t even want to go from things going in prior to getting there but I did finally go and when I went in I was greeted by the lady behind the teller booth I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name so helpful and I needed something notarized and she went to grab Elijah he took us back to one of the offices and he was so helpful and personable and made me feel a lot better !!! I have several bank accounts. PNC closed a recently opened account after concluding I was laundering money. Several larger deposits and withdrawals were made in a short amount of time and I also tried wiring funds to a language tutor/friend in South Korea. This bank flagged my accounts.
