Lost my debit card while visiting family out here. Sarah (fairly certain her name but it has been a hectic week…) was absolutely amazing - got me scheduled quickly, stated what I needed to bring to get a same-day replacement, had me out in under 20 minutes with a new card (and canceled the lost one). They have an internal person sharing account information with their ADP business partner Carlos Flor. Who then will proceed to try and steal money from your accounts by paying bills such as his COMPANY ISSUED ADP CELL PHONE! When approached about the crime at their bank they will ask you straight up if YOU gave him the info. They will not cooperate with me to give me enough information so can take to get a police report. Save yourself a headache STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!
Great Bank. Wish they had at least 1 day they were open late. Even 3 hours on a Sat would be amazing.
