Customer service was excellent and staff is friendly. It was quiet and not crowyon a Friday afternoon.
I have been with PNC for 26 yrs. Best bank ever, 2 days ago I was notified that there was a fraud alert on my PNC credit card, called the fraud dept to get that straightened out. Done no problem. Then called my St. Cloud branch to update some info, spoke with Morgan, so pleasant and helpful. She was a doll to chat with. Nora you have the best people there, you lead by example. Oh and my new credit card arrived today. Bonus points for that.
