I'm a Realtor who is helping a buyer with a property purchase in the Disney area. My buyer is using RBC for a mortgage as well as opening up a checking account at the Champions Gate branch. My buyer put a large amount of money into the checking account, so the account was placed on hold for the funds to clear.
