Terrible service , no follow up after 2 hours of waiting . When calling back there was no record to even give me a call back. Will be changing banks
Not a good experience -- they need more employees I waited 30 min
The only reason they get a one rating is because a 0 isn’t an option! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! If you are thinking about starting a business account DO NOT use this branch . The branch manager is useless. Go to a bigger branch and make sure you can get a REAL branch manager!
