This branch was wonderful but it is closing in January 2023. Consider the South Hills Village branch of you need a safe. For other stuff, there will be a new branch over by the GetGo on 51. Social media disclosure: I am not currently a PNC employee.

Very friendly staff and parking is always great. There are a few branches closer to me but I find myself coming to this location for the convenient parking.
Don’t even attempt to call this branch with a question! First phone call went dead after waiting to speak to a branch staff for 10 minutes. Called back, waited 5 minutes, got an answer by a staff member saying she had to put me on a “brief” hold - 26 minutes later I gave up. Will go in person as should have in the first place! Feel sorry for elderly/disabled account holders who can’t always get there in person!
