I called Brownsville bank yesterday. I talked to a lady named Linda. I needed information about a letter that I had received, and she rudely told me that I needed to go to the closest bank to take my concern. Seriously, she was very rude, disrespectful, and not helpful at all. She took my name and said someone will call me back. I never received a call. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
