Allie was very helpful and offered great suggestions for my situation. Also, the parking lot is fine. The customers for the nextdoor starbucks make it difficult sometimes. Idk why the bank gets bashed for this
Ever since they put this bank in people think that right in front of the doors is a parking spot. It’s extremely annoying and a privacy concern. Why do I have someone sitting in there car directly behind me while I’m at the atm. You need to put a sign up or something it’s ridiculous there is barely enough room in this extremely small parking lot anyways it’s even harder when there is a car blocking half of it. Worst bank ever the old location was perfect and now it just sits there empty for sale.
I went to get a debit card. SIMPLE RIGHT. Wrong, first time I went there it was 2 minutes after they close and they shoved me out. 2nd time I went they said they had no bankers that day. Like I know jobs are weird right now but cmon. Then I said when a banker would be available and they said listen just try again another day
My husband and I needed to have an insurance check authorized. After a mess of incorrect information from another branch and the PNC customer service line, we ended up making an appointment at this branch. Oznur Silverstein was very kind and helpful to finally get this done correctly. I would give them higher stars but while we were in the office with her another young man banker opened the door, while she was on the phone, and asked her if she was busy with anything important.
