I would rather not have a bank than ever use this banking system again, they do not care about their customers. I've had issues before with recieving misinformation on how accounts work and how transactions occur. For example, I will never understand how they allow checks to be processed until midnight yet you can only make deposits on that business day until 10 pm and then they do not notify you until after if your account is overdrawn and then charge you a $36 fee🤯 I always thought that this bank had way too many penaltie... read more
1 person does the ATM card, taking forever....
Hours M-F, 9-4. Unless you’re willing to miss a day of work, don’t bother attempting to use this lobby. Even when open, I walked out after 15 minutes of waiting in line for the one teller.
Used once they weren't nice.
