Nobody wants to spend 30-40 minutes in the bank just to cash a check this is ridiculous i come in every 2 weeks and they continue to get slower i also dont need a bank teller to ask me why im cashing my paycheck how about its none of your business and give me MY money
Came in to close my paps bank account. They said we could wait for 45 minutes or set up an appointment. Set up the appointment only to end up waiting that 45 minutes anyway with the appointment. What a waste of my time. I was forced to wait over an hour just to make them stop taking money out of a dead man's account because we don't know if the account is frozen or not. Turns out his ex was still on the account so I wasted hours at the bank. I will be looking for a new bank.
I hate this bank! Drive thru is the longest EVER wait to do just a deposit!!! They have one teller waiting on drive thru and in person! This bank is ALWAYS crowded every time you go! They need more than ONE teller!! PNC PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEMS THERE!!!
They can never do what I need them too. I also went into the branch and changed my last name and they still haven’t changed it on paper work (I did that 6 months ago) . I also have been calling and the phone just rings. I waited 6 min for not one person to answer. They also commented on my clothes and how no one would ever hand me money during and interview. All in all disappointed. Very judgmental people and not helpful .
