Should be ZERO stars. Horrible service. You need to schedule an appointment to close a checking account
Drive thru is slow and I’ve waited at the station for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged several times. Some tellers handle both lines at once and return the tube to both lines at the same time. You can figure that returning to the first customer when they are done would speed the process instead of holding it until the second is done. Just a terrible pace regarding efficiency.
Stopped in to get some checking account names changed. Jessica was a super star. Very helpful, kind and thorough. We got on to see her in a short time. I was happy to see how friendly everyone was and how efficient they were. They even held the door open for my mother. Looks like they are making improvements and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
PNC Irwin branch does not answer the phone. I don't call because I want to chat? I have an issue that PNC bank needs to resolve but they will not answer the phone.
ATM wouldnt work. So i had to come inside to make a deposit....and stand in line for 20 minutes while the tellers took their time admiring the guy who brought his non-service dog into the bank. Worst location.
