First time using this branch. Person who greeted me was friendly and helpful.
Slowest service. We’re not in a pandemic anymore. Tons of people sitting in offices, doing nothing and tons of people sitting in the waiting room waiting. Needed a debit card to be printed which seemed to take four minutes once they pressed print, but I still waited a half an hour. It’s like you are mandated to wait a half an hour no matter what.
The ATM did not work in the drive-through. You cannot put your card in there and had to generate an access code. This immediately caused everyone in line to panic and take forever. Please fix your ATM.
