Absolute joke of a bank. They are rude and apparently find it acceptable for tellers to lie and not do their job based upon the appearance of their customers. I am also filing complaints with their corporate office. If you must bank PNC, avoid this trashy branch.

Went it to ask for a brochure about possibly opening a che king and savings account t ( thinking of switching banks) 3 people standing doing nothing and one lady at the front. I walk over and ask for a brochure. I was told yo take a seat. Two ladies came over and tried to make me scan a bar code to check in. I said I'm not scanning g any bar code I just need a brochure about your services. They said if I did not van the bar code they could not help me. I found a bank. SOUTHERN Bank.
