Staff was very friendly and professional.
The best I can say to sum this up is financial abuse of an elder. My aunt, who is in heart failure and currently has a coley line through her gal bladder, was asked for ID, her debit card from another institution, and then told her she needs to come in and open an account to deposit money into my account. This is a bi monthly event as I assist her and my mother with dementia with their financial handlings. The amount is not astronomical, perhaps $300 monthly. Honestly this is the worst bank I don’t know if it just happens to me but I always get robbed with this bank. I have always reported and get new card which I’m sick of it. I’m just waiting to pay all my credit card and leave. Very disappointed
