I have been a client for over 20 years. I came I to the branch to get some quarters for the washing machines at the laundromat. Usually I ask for some unusual denominations too for the novelty or to see if I find anything unusual. Somebody else had deposited a lot of rolls of dollar coins, in rolls... I asked for $14 in quarters and usually I would ask for no more than 10 dollar coins if available but at first the lady didn't want to open a roll... This bank and branch is terrible for small business. I had no help from Kathy regarding random fees and very slow follow up on issues. I would echo most of the poor comments in this thread. Take care
The branch manager should be fired.
Today I was with my daughter so she going to deposit 5.038$. I count money two times before we arrive. She give her money from drive-through and lady sad is 4.987$ I sad is not I count differently amount so she sad is going to count true mashin. She came back and she sad same amount. So she preparing to send me resite she sad I see 1 extra dollar so is 4.988. Exactly 50$ missing. We didn't say anything just left place.
