Went into the OCNJ PNC branch to cancel a cashier's check that had been issued in a different branch in Philadelphia after just getting off the phone with customer support. They informed me that I would have to go into the original branch where the check was issued to have it cancelled. I had already had an appointment so I figured I would try anyway. Never use it, especially if you are a j1 student. The bank is really inpractical and customer service is a joke.
