No long wait to see a banker. Friendly service.
Terrible place- bad workers who can’t do there job it’s slow as mess and they gave me the wrong papers. Live to far to keep driving back and forth. Will be switching banks

PNC, Nashville, NC. PNC has changed so much in 30 plus yrs. Of course they bought out the small town, friendly banks. They’re too impersonal and PP customer service at the branches. The last time I got PP Cx Srv, I went right next to Southern Bank. I understand Southern has picked up a lot of PNC Cx. PNC is toooo commercial. Not for the average client. They have a lot of turnover. That tells me a lot. They’ve taken the “customer” out of “Customer” Service!
