The Tarboro branch of PNC is definitely 5 star. I went in to get a cashiers check and everyone there, including the manager went out of their way to be helpful. A delightful experience.

I have had multiple good experiences at this branch. They always do everything they can to help me, and solve my problems the best they can. Miss Kimberly sat with me for over an hour, trying to resolve a dispute, and still remembered me two days later when I found the answer to the dispute. The Tarboro PNC has provided me with excellent personalized care

If I could give them no stars or negative stars I would. Wanted to add my son to my account and the female that was “in charge” of that said he needed 2 forms of identification, one of the identifications could be a utility bill which he had. But she said that wouldn’t work. I didn’t appreciate her high and mighty attitude. She was very condescending and disrespectful. Won’t be doing business with them.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have given that. I cannot think of a single time that I have been to this branch and gotten the help that I needed. A banker seems to never be available to assist the customer as needed. This bank basically only functions to take basic minimal deposits and ATM withdrawals.
