This PNC has exceptional customer service. Donna knows my name, what I want and is very friendly. Omar and Isabella are friendly and good tellers too.
This branch is so friendly and so efficient. I always know they are protecting my money. Claudia retired. She was wonderful and now Donna is retiring. The branch is not going to be the same without her smile and helpfulness. It’s always a treat when I get her
Poor customer service. I have been with this bank since 1996. I know most employees by name. Everyone has gone above and beyond to assist me and my family with all aspects of banking needs except for the employee named Donna. She has gone above and beyond to make every experience i have had with her unpleasant, condescending, and disrespectful, and has made me wonder why I stay with this bank.
