Great customer service
They do not answer the phone, called 10 times so far this week and its only Wednesday. Same thing at the Market St location. I'm done with you. Good bye and good riddance...
If you have a job you cannot bank here. They are closed on Saturdays and they don’t stay open after 5pm. I had an account here because they used to be open on Saturdays but if you need to manage your account or create a new one or discuss any of their features you are out of luck if you are employed. Most banks do stay open later on Fridays or one day of the week for people who work. Some banks have weekend hours.
