Called for some assistance, was greeted with a nasty attitude. The lady never mentioned her name lucky for her , she was not helpful whatsoever and very condescending. Once my issue finally gets resolved I’ll be closing my account and banking elsewhere.
They take very good care of me and are always friendly. Never any problems. Would recommend Thanks
Can’t put 0 stars, worse bank I’ve ever contracted at. Rude staff, don’t acknowledge that you’re even standing there won’t help you don’t give a shit about you. Can’t get signatures. Can’t get help. Can’t barely get in the door. Been serving them for years as a customer and they just suck all the way around hopefully, I never have to come back again.
This bank is one of THE WORST banks to use. For starters the driveways are horrible to get in and out of. Second their deposit box keys are horrible. I have gotten 2 deposit box keys from them and they literally snapped in half when I tried to turn them over. You could literally bend the keys like a paperclip. The "deposit box" key I use now is literally our company's back door key because I'm tired of driving to this location, having my key snap in half and have to drive it back to my store.
