Not sure why there are so many low reviews, I needed a withdrawal and they helped me as I haven’t done that here before and everyone was very kind and helpful and the building was clean.
One of the worst banks I’ve ever banked with. Good riddens! My other 2 banks are way better!
Called for some assistance, was greeted with a nasty attitude. The lady never mentioned her name lucky for her , she was not helpful whatsoever and very condescending. Once my issue finally gets resolved I’ll be closing my account and banking elsewhere.
They take very good care of me and are always friendly. Never any problems. Would recommend Thanks
Can’t put 0 stars, worse bank I’ve ever contracted at. Rude staff, don’t acknowledge that you’re even standing there won’t help you don’t give a shit about you. Can’t get signatures. Can’t get help. Can’t barely get in the door. Been serving them for years as a customer and they just suck all the way around hopefully, I never have to come back again.
