People are friendly. New to this bank
I was visiting Flint this week and needed help with my business checking account. I had an appointment with Shawntel and it was great!! she did so many things to help me and get things set up correctly!! The whole is very friendly and welcoming here!!!
Not sure why to blame online account issues to the branch. This branch is one of the friendliest I have seen. Delano and Shawntell is super friendly and helpful. Visited twice while visiting my daughter in Grand Blanc. Would highly recommend to come here. Had deposits, cashier checks and transfers..all done smoothly!
Awesome customer service.
Opened a bank and got alerted for fraud after 1 time using Apple Cash and I don’t have a physical card yet But they want me to order another card Refuses to unfreeze my account 0/10 I’m taking my money out and never using them again
