This bank is showing all the signs of a failing business. One of a bank's primary function is to accept checks and put the funds in your account. But when their ATM only works about a third of the time then they are incapable of maintaining and providing their primary function as a bank.
This bank has a very unprofessional woman working the front desk, and I highly recommend banking elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect. My friend has a business account there so you can imagine how important having access to your debit card and being able to access your money at all times is. Well, the ATM machine ate her debit card and the rude lady behind the counter refused to give it back to her. I'm not sure that's even legal. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE LADY WORKING HERE. A lifelong friend of mine had a business account here. (Not for much longer) I am not the type who usually writes a bad review because I always give the benefit of the doubt and give a business the opportunity to make it right.
