You can tell corporate is desperate for higher level accounts. Was harassed by phone and email for months to "come discuss my financial future" which is marketing speak for, "upgrade your accounts and pay us more fees" I finally ghosted them for an appointment and they left me alone. Thier atm is 3 days behind for inputs, 4 extra steps just to access your account, and the slowest one I've ever encountered this century. Definitely might be moving back to ElGA, even if they lie to get your business
The clerk was so unprofessional and unnecessarily rude to me. All I was wantingbto do was cash a simple check from their bank. She was grilling me on if the person that wrote me the check had informed the bank they were going to write me that check! I have never heard of such nonsense! I dont inform my bank when I write a check! I asked if that was a policy of PNC bank to inform them every time you write a check. She said that SHE just wanted to know. This bank is showing all the signs of a failing business. One of a bank's primary function is to accept checks and put the funds in your account. But when their ATM only works about a third of the time then they are incapable of maintaining and providing their primary function as a bank.
