I had an issue with my account and wanted to resolve it in person. Jake was genuine and helpful, as he took the time to thoroughly check into the problem and find a solution. I appreciated feeling valued as a person and a customer. I highly recommend Jake for quality customer service.
Today we went to PNC bank. Jake Perez (nmls:2664236) was our banker. I have to say he was great. Very detailed. Great customer service. And he was really very patient with us, because we had 2 toddlers with us, and that’s not easy . He was nice with our kiddos. Our kiddos also loved him. Thank You Jake for ur great service. Great bank , great service
Costomer service at citrus tower was over the top. Now they closed that branch, costomer service is really bad 👎 . And the credit card customer service is even worse. If there was a - 10 thats what I would give them. Don't recommend PNC.
